This is a crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with a very floral aromatics showing off pear, gooseberry and plenty of bright citrus surrounding the classic chalky/flint found in fine Sancerre.  The palate is finely balanced with notes of citrus and complexity in the long finish.
