80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, 10% Syrah.
From vineyards in Agrelo, Pedernal and La Consulta which are all at elevations of at least 4000 feet above sea level. This high elevation results in elegant and balanced Cabernet that has depth and structure from the long sunny days and balanced alcohol and acidity from the very cool nights.
Aromas of black currants, black berry, cedar, tobacco and even cocoa, there is bit of herbs de provence that lifts the aromas a bit and the palate too. The palate is long and complex with surprising finesse and elegance from an Argentine wine.
