"The village of Ladoix is located in the north of the Côte de Beaune at the foot of the Corton hill facing east–southeast. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented in vats for about 4 weeks, and then the wine is matured in oak barrels for about 15 months. A vibrant wine that is not heavy but shows a nicebalance, with round, fresh and mineral characters. Serve with fish and shellfish."
"Aromas of fresh peaches leap from the glass along with hints of ginger and lilac. Once sipped, a shower of foamy bubbles dance soulfully on the tip of your tongue and then burst into a medley of crisp citrus fruit."
