2020 Lieb Family Cellars Pinot Blanc

Long Island | Pinot Blanc
"The 2020 Pinot Blanc Estate is unoaked, very dry and comes in at 11.9% alcohol. Nicely done, this has a feeling of substance in the mid-palate and fine structure too. It seems tightly wound and smoothly textured, with a fresh feel. That doesn't mean there is no fruit, by the way, because this is also expressive and tasty. To justify my enthusiasm, this has to hold well for a few years, but it should. In the meanwhile, it's super, and it is worth leaning up a little on it in its exuberant youth."

90 PointsRobert Parker's Wine Advocate
"Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with notes of lemongrass, rose petals, and sugared lemon peels. After a finish of star fruit and green apple, there is a touch of sea spray."
