Nose:  Deep amber in colour, with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak that stand out upfront. You’ll also detect subtle hints of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and warm spices (like nutmeg or cinnamon) emerging. 

Palate:  Smooth and rich mouth-feel. Flavours include honey, caramel, toasted oak, and sweet agave underpinning everything. Notes of dried fruit, maple syrup, perhaps a touch of coffee or dark chocolate enter as the tasting progresses. 

Finish:  Long, warm, and inviting. The finish lingers with the caramel-vanilla-oak trio, giving a sense of toasted wood and sweet residue. The agave base still holds a presence, but the wood and sweetness stay prominent in the aftertaste.
