"Based on 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault from a mix of terroirs, the 2023 Châteauneuf Du Pape was partially destemmed and aged 18 months in concrete with smaller portions in foudre and demi-muids. This fabulous classic cuvée offers Provençal aromatics of black cherries, roasted garrigue, licorice, and black olives. Pure, focused, and seamless, it delivers medium to full-bodied richness with terrific mid-palate depth, a supple, elegant mouthfeel, and integrated tannins.
