"The ‘Cuvée L’Estimée’ shows aromas of wild strawberries and crunchy red fruits on the nose. On the palate, bright acidity, polished tannins and excellent concentration of flavour give this wine great structure and finesse.
The grapes for L'Estimée` are sourced from five plots between Puligny and Santenay, all situated at altitudes of around 225 metres above sea level. The vines are planted on stony soils with red clay top soils and grow on gentle slopes, which have a south and south-easterly exposure."
