"Pale yellow, luminous color. On the nose, spring and lascivious: a mountain stream, the fine herbs just picked and the grass, the small flowers of the orchard and the primroses, lettuce, watercress, acacia honey, apricot jam, caramelized mirabelle plum, orange zest. On the palate, ample and succulent substance, a lascivious and succulent fruitiness, around flavors of white fruits, pineapple, orange, grapefruit and pomegranate. Empyreumatic and peppery accents. Pairs well with stir-fried noodles with shrimp, lovage and fennel, a scallop risotto or, quite simply, a quiche Lorraine."
