Bright aromas and flavors of lemon, lime and fresh citrus are complemented by chalky minerality and a subtle stony character, leading to a crisp, focused palate with vibrant acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Similar in spirit to neighboring Sancerre, this is an excellent choice for oysters, seafood, goat cheese and fresh summer dishes.
