"Sourced predominantly from two estate vineyards in Rutherford, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot, 1% Grenache and 1% Syrah. Matured in approximately 50% new French oak, the wine offers a mix of cherries, subtle cedar notes and vanilla shadings on the nose, while the palate is medium to full-bodied, velvety, plush and supple. It's easy to drink but has enough tannin to support short-term cellaring, and the finish adds appealing, savory hints of Mexican chocolate."
