Producer Highlight: Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila. Half the piñas are slowly steam-roasted in centuries-old traditional thick stone-walled brick ovens called hornos for up to 54 hours with the other half utilizing modern ovens that allows for greater control over the cooking process.

 

Tasting Note: Crystal clear, delicate white flowers and a touch of herbaceousness with essence of citrus and honey. Fresh with flavors of grapefruit, fresh herbs, and a hint of pepper spice. Crisp finish, minerality,& salinity
